Applications:

Introduction：

It is to process and reproduce all kinds of plastic leftover and wastages such as HDPE, LDPE, PS, PET, PP, PVC etc, for extrusion and granule cutting, The extruder employed a structure of       degasification to exhaust the air caused by material curing. And so the granule will be more compact, more smooth in appearance. The die has a hydraulic or electrical filter exchanger to improve production efficiency. so as to minimize production cost and promote economical benefits. This machine is usually sold with a crusher.

Description:

● Parent-son type (2-stage) degasification granule recycler has

both straight line and L-shaped arrangements.

● Both extruders have their own independent degasification and

filter changer.

● It may reheat the material and then exhaust . The twice

filtering makes the granule are massyt, glossness and

lubricous.

● This machine is applicable to dry washed film and leftover of ABS,   PS, LDPE,HDPE.

● It may bring you good economic benefit.
